Build a complete web site for your facility. Integrate your amenities, programs, services, policies and units into our search engines and databases so consumers can search for your detailed resources and find you.

After you subscribe, you can:

Update your amenities services, and programs

    We have over 2000 defined services that you can choose from to associate with the search engines. The services become immediately available for consumers and others to search on.

    This means that if a consumer searches for resources that you denote you have, and you meet location and other criteria, your facility will appear on the search results screens. The seeker can then contact you. All the choices you make are automatically linked to your web site generated by the Web Site Wizard.


Establish relationships

    Your facility has many relationships with insurance companies, managed care payors, hospitals, and physicians. In this screen you can link and establish relationships with these groups, other facilities and individuals.We strongly suggest you do this.  These relationship create links to the database so a consumer or professional can select relationship criteria to decide if you are the proper facility. This is especially important for hospital, physician, managed care, and insurance links.


Assign E-mail boxes

    You can assign two e-mail boxes to each department or to a generic department name. More e-mail boxes are available at a small monthly cost ($5/month).


Assign a person to manage the E-mail accounts

    Someone will have to be responsible for managing your e-mail boxes so that when new people are hired, personnel leave or are transferred, the e-mail boxes can be updated accordingly. The E-mail manager is given a special password which allows him/her to change and reassign e-mail boxes.


Set up personnel files for each department (optional)

    Each person in a department can have his/her own short, personnel record with basic information. They can choose a password and update it as needed.


Assign update authority
There are a number of update authorities:

    Global allows one ID and password to update all files in the facility. This password authority is the only one who can update the web site.
    Departmental allows each department to update their own files, including the amenities, programs, and services that are specific to them. Changes automatically update the search engines and the web site.
    Individual allows each individual to update his/her own personnel record.
    PatientNet allows access to the PatientNet bed availability search program.

Already have a web site?

If you already have a web site you can do any of the following:

1.Utilize the power of the our wizard tools and build a new site within the Continuing Care Central environment, update your amenities, programs and services for our search engines, and establish a link to your current web site from your web site built by the Web Site Wizard.

2. Ignore the site building wizard, subscribe, and update your amenities, programs, and services for the search engines, and we will link directly to your site from the search results screen. There is no discount given if you choose not to build your web site with our Web Site Wizard.


Test Drive The Web Site Wizard

You do not have to subscribe to any of our services if you want to experiment with the Web Site Wizar d and build a site. In fact, we have purposely designed our system so you can see the power of the tools we provide you without having to first pay for them.

If we have you on file as a key member of a facility or clinic staff, we will give you access to the appropriate wizard. You can build your site, play with it, and modify it the way you like. However, until we receive payment from you for the web site and for update privileges to your amenities, programs and services on our system, we will not release the web site for integration with our search engines.



Optional Patient NetTM bed availability

  • You can also subscribe to PatientNet services for an additional fee. Patient Net allows you to list your open beds in the local health care community for hospitals that are discharging patients.  
  • Display your empty-bed availability for searches by local hospitals.
  • Maintain a contact list for your main hospital contacts.
  • Receive bed requests from hospitals through special e-mail or faxes.
  • Receive pager notification.
  • Transfer Medical Records in a secure format
